Additional Duties
- Contribute to the planning of field trips and assist in the administrative preparation of field trips, respecting the given deadlines.
- In collaboration with the support departments, organize and follow up on the logistics necessary to each field trip (materials, vehicles, IT, hotels etc).
- Understand the main components of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement and the ICRC’s objectives and activities in Ethiopia.
- Apply the security rules at all times.
- Respect the humanitarian nature of work within the ICRC.
- Respect and observe staff regulations of the ICRC in Ethiopia.
- Understand the concept of confidentiality and treat information (general and specific) accordingly and with accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education Required
- University degree or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent command of English and Amharic.
- Computer literacy.
Experience Required
- 3-5 years’ previous professional experiences, for instance in the field of social/political/economic science or similar.

- English
