Job Summary
My Wish Enterprise PLC currently looking for highly motivated Counter Sales Executives, responsible for handling direct sales interactions with customers within the allocated territory while providing prompt, friendly and professional service. The counter sales executive willmanage the entire sales process from actively seeking out new sales opportunities, providing product information, answering customer queries, taking orders, receiving payment and executing the order. He/she promotes and sells diverse mix of products which include spare parts, accessories and attachments of construction and agricultural machineries, light construction equipment, tools, oil and lubricants, tires, and batteries, driving sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications
- First degree in sales and marketing, business administration, engineering or related field of studies.
Experience
- Four or more years of experience in handling direct sales interactions with customers at retail or sales counters.
- Counter sales experience in a similar position or industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Self-motivated and result driven
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, ERP, and sales reporting tools
