Key Responsibility
- Accounting & Software: Maintain Peachtree records, bank reconciliations, and asset registers.
- Audit & IPSAS: Lead Annual IPSAS-based institutional audits and all project-specific audits
- Payroll & Tax: Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely statutory tax settlements.
- Financial Management: Produce project budget utilization reports and maintain internal control systems
- Operations: Oversee transparent beneficiary/supplier selection and support procurement, logistics, and admin duties.
- Supervision: Coordinate Head Office and Project Office financial document and record submissions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance
- Above 5 years NGO experience in IPSAS, Peachtree, and Ethiopian Tax Law.
- Strong leadership, Reporting and Documentation skills and proficiency in Accounting Software (Peachtree).
