Job Summary
The Finance and Administration Officer will support the Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Asset, and Warehouse Management functions of Finn Church Aid. The position ensures accurate financial processing, effective administrative support, and strong compliance with FCA policies and procedures. The role works under the supervision of the Finance and Administration Coordinator and supports smooth office operations during the maternity cover period.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, asset, or warehouse management (INGO experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and documentation standards.
- Experience in payment processing, asset tracking, and warehouse or store management.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
