Job Summary
As the Director of Emerging Business Operations, you will spearhead the operational efficiency and strategic growth of new business ventures. You will coordinate cross functional teams, analyze market trends, streamline processes, and implement initiatives that drive sustainable expansion in the areas of Property/ Asset management, real estate administration, event management, and agent banking business management.
Requirements
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Project Management, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or other Business-related fields. OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other Business-related fields.
Experience
- 9 years of experience (for Master’s Degree holders).
- 11 years of experience (for Bachelor’s Degree holders) Of which 4 years must be in a managerial position.
