Qualifications & Requirements

01. Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2/4 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years Senior Credit or Loan Officer.

Expected Competency

  • Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of KYC principle
  • Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
  • Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
  • Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
  • Good communication skills

02. Risk & Compliance Officer

  • Qualification: BA Degree/ Level IV in Accounting/ Management or related field.
  • Experience: 2/6 Years of relevant experience;

Expected Competency

  • Good knowledge of Auditing, risk management and Accounting principles and practices;
  • Skills in designing and performing internal control tests to evaluate effectiveness;
  • Through knowledge of Financial Laws NBI Directives and regulations
  • Ability to Financial and Operational report preparation;
  • Good communication skills

03. Senior Auditor

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

Expected Competency

  • Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of financial laws and audit regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial statements
  • Good knowledge of microfinance business
  • Good communication and human relation skill
