Qualifications & Requirements
01. Branch Manager I
- Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2/4 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years Senior Credit or Loan Officer.
Expected Competency
- Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of KYC principle
- Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
- Good communication skills

02. Risk & Compliance Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree/ Level IV in Accounting/ Management or related field.
- Experience: 2/6 Years of relevant experience;
Expected Competency
- Good knowledge of Auditing, risk management and Accounting principles and practices;
- Skills in designing and performing internal control tests to evaluate effectiveness;
- Through knowledge of Financial Laws NBI Directives and regulations
- Ability to Financial and Operational report preparation;
- Good communication skills

03. Senior Auditor
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/ Management or related field.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
Expected Competency
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices

- Good knowledge of microfinance business
