Job Summary
- Oversees the final stages of construction, managing trades like painting, flooring, plastering, and joinery to ensure high-quality completion, on-time delivery, and budget adherence,
- Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications, building codes, and high quality standards.
- Responsible for daily site supervision, quality control & material management.
- Identify and resolve/report conflicts, errors, or deficiencies in the finishing process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma in Building Construction
- Work Experience: Work Experience: 8 years or more general experience in Building construction as a Forman and minimum of 6 years’ specific experience as Finishing Forman in high rise buildings.
