Objective of the Internship
The Project Assistant Intern serves as a key support resource for the BRIDGE+ team, primarily responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and supporting day-to-day activities. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, in collaboration with the reception team, as well as scheduling meetings and providing general administrative support.
This internship offers valuable exposure to operational and administrative functions within a country office setting.
The Project Assistant Intern contributes to the smooth functioning of BRIDGE+ project operations by ensuring that SNV staff are equipped with the necessary facilities and services to effectively carry out their work.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, financial management, project management or other related fields.
- 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in the thematic area of the project or experience in assisting project staff in the project implementation or in project administration.
Additional Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project administration and cross functional communication.
- Local language is required for the project implementataion area.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
