Job Summary
The Furniture Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end furniture manufacturing process; this role ensures smooth operations across multiple sub-units, delivering products that meet OMEDAD furniture factory high standards for craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency. The position requires a proactive leader who can balance operational supervision, manpower coordination, and technical problem-solving while maintaining continuous improvement in production and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in furniture production or finishing.
- Strong understanding of furniture assembly, finishing processes, and production flow.
- Proficiency in cutting optimization software and reading technical drawings.
- Knowledge of modern materials, tools, and equipment used in furniture manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with production management software is an advantage.
