Position Summary
The Resource and Expenditure Analytics & Reporting Specialist ensures robust financial oversight, expenditure monitoring, and analytical reporting across the PCU portfolio. This role is responsible for consolidating portfolio-level financial data, conducting value-for-money analyses, preparing management dashboards, and providing evidence-based insights to support strategic financial decisions, resource optimization, and donor compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Field of study: bachelor’s or master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Development Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years for a bachelor’s degree or 4 years for a Master’s degree of relevant experience in financial analytics, expenditure tracking, or resource management roles. Experience with multi-donor portfolios, government budgeting, and compliance reporting preferred.
