Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed implementation plan on biannual, quarterly and monthly based on the annual plan prepared for the projects of the association.
- Prepare detail budget breakdown and cash flow on biannual, quarterly and monthly basis for the project of the association implemented.
- Coordinate trainings, workshop, campaigns, meetings, events and other activities in the project’s areas and in other projects of the association which are implemented in the regions.
- Participate in meetings, forums, symposium, panel discussion prepared by partners and other stakeholders in relation to RISE Program and other projects of the association.
- Assess and identify the needs and gaps of the respective target and other partners in all projects of the association implemented in the assigned region.
- Work closely with government offices and project implementing partners in the project sites.
- Facilitate and participate in data collection related to different assessment, baseline and end line survey Particular for RISE Program and for other different projects of the association implemented in the assigned region.
- Produce case stories, best practices, success stories for RISE Program and other projects of the association and share to the respective project coordinators, program manager.
- Keep documentation of the reports, plans, and other relevant materials in soft and hard copies for further references.
- Prepare progress report for the RISE Program and other projects of the association implemented in the region with the required quality and time.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of activities in RISE and other projects of the association implemented in the region in consultation with the M&E officer of ENAB as per the need of the back donors.
- Perform other activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduating in Project management, Business management, developmental studies, project development management, and related
- The applicant should have an experience of 5 years for BA degree, 3 years for master degree (MA/MSc) in the fields related to those mentioned above
- Experience working with people with disability and in an NOG is an advantage.
