Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of ANPPCAN-Ethiopia, the Program Manager plan, organize, lead and control the overall programmatic activities of the organization; project design and lead the resource mobilization effort of the organization, monitoring and evaluation, promotes good practice in the implementation and delivery of the overall plan of the organization; Manage and ensure the smooth running of all the program/ project activities in accordance to ANPPCAN-Ethiopia’s general policies and procedures; produce different kinds of reports for internal and external stakeholders; support and evaluate the performance of project managers/ coordinators and senior program coordinators; drive ANPPCAN- Ethiopia towards programme and financial sustainability.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- MA/ BA in Development Studies, Project Management, Economic, Sociology, Social Works, Psychology or related filed with a minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience out of these 2/3 years of the experiences have to be in NGO setting preferably in National NGOs
